The 190-metre-tall “ONE by CA Immo” high-rise hotel and office building, with its strategic location at the interface between Frankfurt’s Europaviertel and the trade fair, and with its interlinked types of use and pioneering integration of digital infrastructure, represents a new landmark in Frankfurt’s high-rise architecture. The “shared lobby” in the ONE, which combines a café, a bar and the hotel and office reception areas, is unique in Frankfurt.
Under the heading of “The Art of Money”, the NH Hotel Group has opened a 4-star Superior Design & Lifestyle Hotel in the ONE, under the nhow brand name. Spanning a total of 14 floors, the hotel has 375 rooms and suites, plus a spa and conference rooms.
nhow also operates the “NFT Skybar” on the 47th floor of the ONE. Perched 185 metres above the ground, this lofty bar, with an eight-metre-high ceiling, offers a 360-degree view of the Frankfurt skyline and includes digital art and light installations.
“The Art of Money” is the theme of the 4-star Superior Design & Lifestyle Hotel in the ONE. The design concept for the nhow Frankfurt takes its artistic inspiration from the metropolis on the Main in its role as one of the most important financial centres in Europe. The design comes from the drawing board of the Madrid-based Rafael de La-Hoz architecture and interior design studio. The nhow Frankfurt provides guests with an extraordinary hotel experience that is second to none.
