The An der Alster 48/Gurlittstrasse corner plot offers the ideal conditions for extending the neighbouring Le Méridien hotel. The existing hotel has been regularly converted and carefully renovated over the past years, under the constant supervision of hp developments. The opportunity arose to create a striking and independent extension, to house conference and event rooms. A glazed cube on the top two floors was designed for the Heritage Bar, with a roof terrace offering spectacular views of the Outer Alster.
The conference rooms on the eighth floor of the Le Méridien Hotel could then be converted into high-quality suites.
