The “Messe City” in Cologne is an important office and service district covering a total area of 5.6 hectares, with six building complexes, two of which are used as hotels. Located directly at the Köln-Deutz ICE train station and the Köln Messe trade centre, the new Adina Apartment Hotel Köln Messe houses a total of 171 studios, one-bedroom apartments, conference and restaurant areas, and a spa area with swimming pool.
The Adina Apartment Hotel Köln Messe is part of a rollout of four new Adina Hotels, for which hp developments advised the hotel operator Adina on the planning, construction and handover of the project.
